Chakra sets are used to vitalize the body, from base to spine. The origins of Chakras come from Hinduism where these energy centres were realised. There are seven chakras in total and crystals are assigned to each chakra.
The Chakras
Root
The first Chakra the ‘Root’ is located at the base of the spine. This is linked with bone marrow, the skeleton, male reproductive system, the immune system and connection to the earth grounding.

The second Chakra to use from this Chakra set is the navel, located just below the reproductive organs and intestines. This Chakra effects motivation and happiness.

The third Chakra is located at the solar plexus, just above the stomach. This Chakra deals with adrenals and the digestive system. This area is the most common area that stress abides.
Heart
The fourth Chakra is the heart centre. This Chakra is associated with emotions, balance, harmony and healing.
Throat
The fifth Chakra is the throat area. The thyroid and parathyroid function as well as communication, intellect and metabolism are all concerned with this Chakra.
Third Eye
The sixth Chakra is located in the middle of the forehead. This Chakra is associated with hormones and production.
Crown
The seventh Chakra is the crown of the head. The Chakra here is associated with spiritual energy and clarity.
